The cycloidal gear reducer has the characteristics of small equipment volume and convenient connection between equipment. 1The output shaft of the cycloidal gear reducer output device can withstand limited axial impact force. It is not recommended to use shaft end screws for installation. Screw in the connector and directly hammer the reducer.

2During installation, it is necessary to ensure a high fit of the corresponding dimensions of the reducer, including the standard height and horizontal height of the installation centerline, and to ensure that the concentricity of the reducer is within a strict standard range.

3The rotation of the lubrication system of the equipment should also fully consider the actual working environment of the reducer and the production needs of the oil pump to meet the lubrication of various components of the reducer.

4Ensure that the appearance of the reducer body is not deformed during installation, provide a horizontal working position, and arrange the cushion block bolts symmetrically. In addition, in order to prevent oil leakage during operation of the reducer, it is required to control the inclination angle of the reducer within 15 degrees during installation.

2. Analysis of common problems during use

In actual use, certain principles should be followed and used correctly under the required conditions. In addition,problems such as lubricating oil, voltage, and location of use should also be considered.

The cycloidal reducer can operate continuously and run in two opposite directions.

The axial and radial forces that the reducer output device can withstand should be controlled within a certain range. When the supporting force is large, appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that the output equipment can work properly.

During use, the following situations often occur

The motor of the cycloidal gear reducer can only operate normally at rated voltage.

When selecting suitable lubricating oil for cycloidal gear reducers, comprehensive consideration should be given to the actual operating environment, and attention should always be paid to the operating temperature of the reducer to avoid other equipment hazards or even bearing damage caused by excessive oil temperature.

In addition to selecting appropriate fuel and lubricating oil, in actual operation, staff also need to pay attention to the remaining oil in the gearbox, timely replenish fuel to the gearbox, avoid damage to the gearbox, ensure its normal operation, and extend its service life.

During the specific refueling process, except for the gearbox that needs to be replaced with new oil after 100 hours of operation, it should be replaced every six months. If in harsh operating environments, it is necessary to shorten the replacement cycle appropriately.

Regularly and meticulously cleaning the equipment and replacing it with new reducer oil can extend the service life of the reducer to a certain extent and improve work efficiency.
