1. Use

The cycloidal gear reducer mainly adopts the principle of composite cycloidal pin gear meshing and planetary transmission system, so we usually call it a planetary cycloidal gear reducer. The planetary cycloidal gear reducer can be widely used in industries as a driving or deceleration control device, such as China's petroleum, environmental protection, chemical industry, cement, transportation, textile, pharmaceutical, food, printing, lifting, mining, metallurgy, construction, power generation, etc. Its unique stable development structure can replace traditional ordinary concrete cylinders for industrial gear reducers and worm gear reducers in many different situations. Therefore, planetary cycloidal gear reducers are widely used in various industries and fields, and are widely welcomed by users.

2. Conditions

(1) The cycloidal gear reducer is allowed to be used in continuous working systems in companies, and can operate in both forward and reverse directions.

(2) The rated speed of the input shaft is 1500rpm. When the input power is greater than 18.5KWH, it is recommended to use a 6-pole motor.

(3) The installation position of the cycloid reducer is horizontal. The large horizontal inclination angle during installation is generally less than 15 °. Other measures should be taken to ensure sufficient lubrication and prevent oil leakage exceeding 15 °.

(4) The output shaft of the cycloidal gear reducer cannot withstand large axial and radial forces. When the axial and radial forces are large, other measures should be taken.

3. lubrication

(1) In general, horizontal cycloidal gear reducers are lubricated with oil, and the oil level can be maintained at the middle position of the observation window. When working conditions are harsh and the ambient temperature is high, circulating lubrication can be used.

(2) Generally, 40 ＃ or 50 ＃ mechanical oil can be used for lubrication of cycloidal gear reducer at normal temperature. In order to improve the performance of reducer in China and extend the service life of cycloidal pin gear reducer, it is recommended that enterprises use 70 ＃ or 90 ＃ extreme pressure gear oil. When working in high and low temperature environments, lubricating oil can also be redesigned.

(3) The planetary cycloidal gear pin gear reducer should be installed vertically to strictly prevent oil pump leakage and avoid damaging the components of the reducer.

(4) When refueling, unscrew the ventilation cover on the upper part of the base to refuel. Unscrew the oil drain plug at the bottom of the base and drain the dirty oil. The reducer does not contain lubricating oil in the factory.

(5) After 100 hours of refueling operation, new oil should be used (and internal dirty oil should be cleaned). After continuous operation, it should be replaced every six months (eight hours per day).Practice has proven that regular cleaning and oil changes (such as 3-6 months) play an important role in extending the service life of the gearbox. Lubricant should be added frequently during use.
